Warm autumn light infuses this moment at the top of Yellow Creek Falls in Western North Carolina. This gorgeous hiking trail is only about a mile in length, but it follows the mountain stream throughout and it’s richly rewarding with beautiful views for minimal exertion. This is the first painting of two within this year’s 25 Days of Minis from this stunning location.
