At the risk of sounding like some sort of weirdo stalker, I really enjoy observing people in cities because of how they interact with the cacophony and energy around them.
I caught this woman in Center City, Philadelphia this past summer. I admired her confident stride and grace of movement along the sidewalk, and I just had to capture a bit of her spirit in this painting.
