SoHo Glow

Late last year, I returned to New York City for my first "photo safari" to gather inspiration since before the pandemic. I had a wonderful visit: The weather cooperated perfectly, I saw some great artwork in the museums, and I came back so jazzed. The opportunity just to walk the city and spend time soaking in its energy is a vital part of my creative process. I had really missed it.

I caught this moment during a delightful late fall afternoon in SoHo. I like this area of the city because of its old architecture. And there's no shortage of interesting people and moments. This street view caught my eye because of the warm and cool contrasts throughout. Plus, I adored that turquoise moped!
