When fall arrives in east Tennessee, I always set aside time to head up to the Smokies and explore the mountain streams. Even after many autumn seasons, it’s never just rote, there are always amazing new discoveries.
This subject came as a pleasant surprise to me while exploring a new area of the park, and it had me at “Hello.” I loved the balance between the colorful trees, imposing rocks, and cool, rushing water.
