Ordering
From Sarah Pollock’s Online Shop, you can purchase original landscape and cityscape paintings as well as limited edition prints.
Sarah Pollock Studio accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as methods of payment. International orders are not accepted at this time. All payments are processed by PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web.
Shipping, Insurance and Delivery
Sarah Pollock Studio ships artwork fully insured via either FedEx or US Mail within the continental United States only. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your artwork to arrive. Occasionally, when we are away from the studio, order shipments may be delayed. You will receive an email notification in this case. Shipping and insurance rates are as follows:
You will receive a tracking number at your email address when your artwork ships. For shipment of original artwork, someone at the destination address will need to sign for delivery. Delivery of limited edition prints does not require a signature.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your artwork. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately for assistance. For all other circumstances, we will gladly exchange an item for another when it is shipped back, at customer’s expense, in the same condition that it left the studio within 7 days of the delivery date.
Refunds
Refunds are given only for artwork that arrives damaged. All other orders may be exchanged only.
Gifts
Sarah Pollock Studio will include a personalized message to gift recipients. Please contact us with your order number and instructions.
Sales Tax
Sarah Pollock Studio is required to collect sales tax for sales in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New York.
Privacy
Sarah Pollock Studio does not share customer information.

How will my artwork be shipped?
Sarah Pollock Studio ships all artwork fully insured. Original artwork is shipped in a carton specially designed to protect framed pieces. You will receive a tracking number at your email address when your artwork ships. For shipment of original artwork, someone at the destination address will need to sign for delivery. Delivery of limited edition prints does not require a signature. For more information, please refer to the “Purchases” information on this page.
What if I change my mind after I receive my order?
We want you to be happy with your artwork. We will gladly exchange an item for another when it is shipped back, at customer’s expense, in the same condition that it left the studio within 7 days of the delivery date. Can I buy an original unframed?
Yes. Please contact us to make arrangements. No discount is given for purchasing artwork unframed.

Can I get a print made of an original that I like?
Sarah Pollock Studio offers a selection of limited edition prints that can be purchased through this web site. However, most of the artwork is available exclusively as one-of-a-kind originals and prints are not made on request.
I saw a piece that I liked, but it was already sold. Can I commission you to make a copy of it?
No. If a piece is already sold, then future copies of it will not be made unless it is already available as a limited edition print.
Sarah Pollock features consistent themes throughout her artwork. Join our email list to learn about new pieces as soon as they become available and you may find something new that you like.
