I caught this dynamic view during an early December evening in Washington, DC. It was one of those perfect days: I'd just spent the day viewing very cool art exhibitions with a good friend (works of Edward Hopper, Asher Durand, and Japanese paintings from the 1700's) when we walked out of the Smithsonian American Art Museum and into this sweeping view.
